We will set up and facilitate your monthly family link up( we'll be in the background )
It is your responsibility to contact your family members in advance of the teleconference and make sure they receive the teleconference access number before the conference day each month. Each family teleconference will only include paid household blogs: This very effective mini monthly reunion will ensure that your yearly family reunion comes off in a very professional style. Because you will have created a bond / synergy well before the family meets at the reunion next summer!
Once you have completed your pre-registration and fully paid your fee. We will send the conference access number and other details in order for you to get started! Yours will be a happy and well informed, exciting fresh family reunion!
We also suggest that you plan to conduct your family reunion conference call link at the same time each month. This allows folks to plan each month from around the country and even if your son or daughter is serving overseas.
We will try to maintain the same number each month, but the host site reserves the right to create or replace all access code phone numbers.
We will conduct each conference at any number not exceeding 75 callers from anywhere in the united states or canada. Special arrangement can be accomadated for over 75 callers (households)
As the organizer you may speak to all family members. But by the callers having the access code, we will also provide them with a special number that will allow them to indicate when they wish to talk. I will control that feature. But, any family member who wants to respond must use that special number.
